Devyani draws on her behavioral health leadership background to foster strategic clarity, empathy-driven management, and sustainable transformation across diverse industries. Her focus is on aligning strategy, culture, and resources to help clients unlock growth potential and achieve measurable impact.
Julia is a trauma-informed social worker with 9 years of experience in behavioral health, addiction recovery, and mental health services. She specializes in mentoring professionals, managing recovery programs, and creating supportive environments for diverse clients, including survivors of human trafficking and K-8 students. Julia is committed to fostering resilience and positive change in every community served.
Martha brings over 20 years of high-level expertise in enterprise risk management and governance, with proven success guiding strategic operations for financial institutions, healthcare, and diverse enterprises. As a board member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals and a recipient of the U.S. Senate Gavel of Leadership, Martha’s leadership strengthens Uplift’s commitment to disciplined, responsible growth and innovative, compliant business solutions.

Tasha N. Coppett is a higher education executive with 20 years of experience in student services, operations, and admissions. She currently serves at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as Associate Dean of Residential Life and Director of Strategic Initiatives.
